The item delivered must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.

The item delivered must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Intimate apparel, swimwear, and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene and customization reasons.

  1. Returns Process

 

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

 

Contact our customer support at memoriesinsite@gmail.com to request a return authorization within 3 days of receiving your order.

Our customer support will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the return address and any necessary forms.

Pack the item delivered securely in the original packaging and include the return authorization form.

Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  1. Refunds

 

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item delivered, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may refuse the return and the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled. Please contact our customer support to request a cancellation.
